"Our host Elisabeth was most gracious as we arrived in the dark of night and she could not have made our accomodations more warm and welcoming. This home is a gem, and having this as a home base in Normandy was a wonderful experience. I can imagine that stayingwould make i a 6-star+"

"Superbe maison, très bon accueil et prestations de qualités. Avec un très beau temps au RDV nous avons pu profiter pleinement des espaces extérieurs et de la piscine, un jardin très bien entretenu et très agréable."

"I loved this Gite , it had traditional parts with exposed beams , all the bathrooms were nice and modern with fantastic showers. I loved the glitter paint in the master bedroom. The garden was gorgeous and so peaceful. The Gite was very central close to the river, bar and restaurants, the supermarket was an 8 minute walk away around the corner. There was a lovely walk up the hill to Chateau Gillard with amazing views. Also central to were we wanted to vist . We loved it."

"J'ai réuni mes proches dans l'objectif de fêter mon anniversaire et on a passé un excellent WE .Une procédure d'arrivée et de départ fluide, avec une certaine flexibilité sur les horaires ce qui est précieux surtout quand certains viennent de loin. "Highly recommend the house, beautiful home and grounds with lots of different spaces to relax in. We had a lovely time dining outside and gathering around the firepit. Anne-Florence was very helpful and responsive. Great way to escape Paris for the weekend!"

"Really nice house in a peaceful scenic location. Very rustic, French house. Gardens are really nice with outdoor eating areas, seating, hammocks and ping pong. Location is great for catching a train from Vernon to various places - we traveled to Rouen and Paris. Laurent as host is very pleasant, relaxed and helpful!"

It’s a great location to access all of the ports within a few hours. I needed space to securely store my trailer overnight and the host was able to provide this for us. Would stay again"

"I had the worst experience with a host. After I booked and paid through Vrbo, for 48 nights for 14 persons, the owner asked for an additional payment of 42% of the price. I thought it is unbelievable. I did not accept this, I wanted to cancel. After some days of messaging, when the emergency state was imposed in France and she realized she will not get other guests, she accepted my offer to pay a small additional amount and finalized the booking.
