"We had a little difficulty in finding the property but Google Maps did the trick ! Once we arrived, the reception by the owner was excellent and the property clean, well-equipped and like new. The views across the valley were suberb and the rooms were spacious and well equipped. In the morning, we were brought breakfast exactly on time and it was comprehensive and more than we could eat. The location is perfect for the last night before catching the ferry from Lehavre or Dieppe or exploring...

"We arrived at 4pm and were a bit surprised to be told our room wasn't ready. The host soon sorted this out, but we felt the bathroom could have been cleaned more thoroughly. The room we had was very spacious with two queen beds which were very comfortable and breakfast the next morning was fresh and plentiful. The location was close to a major road junction, ideal for motorists looking for an overnight stop. The rooms were effectively double glazed so noise wasn't a problem."

Inside the house everything is present ..just buy your fresh food and you are set . Also the location is perfect , directly near a cosy village with fresh bakeries and bouchers, only less then 20 min driving from Honfleur and Deauville."

"We had a very pleasant stay at this quirky octagonal cottage. It is in a little hamlet up a long lane so was very quiet. The owners house was closer than it seems in the photos but she left us to ourselves unless we needed something. The lane to the Le Gibet is narrow but is one way so you don't have to worry about meeting another car going up. Entering the lane going up the hill is fine as its on the right.
