This villa gives immediate access to the beautiful beaches of La Saline-les-Bains and the surf spot of Trois Bassins.
This beautiful rental is the perfect place to relax and is also ideally located as a starting point for all excursions on the island... the three circuses (Cilaos, Mafate, and Salazie), the volcano, and all the activities sports (snorkeling, transparent kayaking, boat rental, big game fishing, whale and dolphin watching, horse riding, canyoning, paragliding, helicopter flights, etc.)

Une villa non entretenue
Nous avons occupé la villa du 14 au 28 novembre 2024. Nous sommes trois couples de retraité en vacances. Tout d'abord, cette villa est très bien placée par rapport à la plage accessible en 2 minutes à pied, c'est son principal avantage. En effet, cette villa est confortable et relativement bien agencée avec une piscine privative et un jacuzzi mais, dès le premier jour nous avons constaté un dysfonctionnement de la climatisation de la chambre parentale de l'étage. Malgré une prise en charge immédiate par la société gestionnaire, elle n'aura pas été réparée et nous avons eu très chaud tout au long du séjour à l'étage pour pouvoir correctement dormir. Ensuite nous avons eu la malchance d'avoir le jacuzzi qui est tombé en panne au cours du séjour et là aussi pas de réparation possible !!Sonia de la conciergerie M'JOY a été très présente pour la prise en charge de ces pannes mais n'a rien pu faire pour nous faciliter notre séjour tout en indiquant qu'elle regrettait que le propriétaire n'entretienne pas correctement sa villa, et cela est un fait. Nous avons demandé un dédommagement sur la base du contrat de location qui n'a pas été respecté dans son article 2 (obligations du bailleur ). Mais aucune réponse à ce jour de la société gestionnaire M'JOY.Je déconseille donc la location de cette villa si vous voulez passer un bon séjour à La Réunion et la conciergerie M'JOY n'est pas non plus à recommander.

Belle villa pour un séjour en famille ou entre amis
Belle villa fonctionnelle près de la plage. Idéale pour famille et amis. Beaux espaces, piscine sécurisée et jacuzzi très appréciables. Mériterait cependant un petit rafraîchissement (peintures) et quelques remplacements de matériel (tancarville, aspirateur, plinthes, carrelages, meuble sous évier, Clim qui fait du bruit, wifi pas accessible partout …), détails qui feraient toute la différence pour une villa de ce standing.
