In two years of activity, La Kaz Gadiamb has only got very positive feedbacks. I have the heart to maintain permanently the pleasant setting of my villa!
The rates are very attractive given the location, standing and equipment of my villa.

COME DISCOVER MY VILLA:
You will stay in a villa of 130 sqm completely renovated. Villa very well equipped and fully air conditioned (living room and bedrooms). The villa is ideally located in Saline Les Bains, in a quiet residential estate, close to all amenities on foot: supermarket, bakeries, pharmacy, restaurants ... The location is perfect for connecting the city center of Saint-Gilles (5 minutes) or the tamarind road which serves the north and south of the island. 2 well-known hotels on the island are also present in this large subdivision because the location is ideal.
The villa is only 2 minutes walk from the beautiful lagoon of Saline, a path dedicated to the interior of the subdivision where you can swim, relax on the beach and have lunch in the 2 beach restaurants.
At the front of the villa, a large veranda allows you to have lunch overlooking a large garden and the villa is equipped with a charcoal BBQ. The villa has parking spaces and a shaded garage. At the back of the house, you have access to a large deck area of ​​80m² and a beautiful private pool secured by an alarm and whose access is lockable for young children. The pool is salt and is bordered by a beautiful Balinese kiosk for pleasant moments of relaxation.
For children, the villa has outdoor games, beach games and a SMOBY small house in the garden.
You will have 3 air-conditioned rooms from 12 to 15 m² including 1 bedroom with its dedicated bathroom area. 2 bedrooms with double bed 160 + 1 bedroom with a standard bed 140 and a sofa bed for a punctual sleeping of a young adult or 2 children.
Possibility of adding a bed BB umbrella + high chair + changing mat + bath BB on request.
You will have a large bathroom with walk-in shower, double basins, washing machine and hairdryer.
A house decorated and equipped with care including an air-conditioned living room with a large TV and DVD player. Wi-fi and fiber internet. Satellite channels.

The standing and the location make it an ideal place for holidays in couple, family and friends but also a comfortable and equipped accommodation for a business trip.
Secure house with Safe. Alarm connected to a remote monitoring center.

Really nice villa in a nice quiet location near the beach
We had a wonderful stay in La Kaz Gadiamb. The villa is spacious, really well equipped in a quiet neighbourhood. Nice pool and large gardens with lots of seating areas. The villa is really near the beach and shops, restaurants, chemist. We will definitely stay there again when we go back.

Très jolie maison, fonctionnelle, bien équipée. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Nous avons apprécié la suite parentale, les espaces communs, l'espace piscine et son petit kiosque le soir. Seul petit bémol, le jardin devant la maison manque de végétation, le long des murs notamment. Nous aurions aimé pourvoir profiter du frangipanier caché sur le côté mais ceci n'est qu'un détail comparé à tout le reste de la prestation! Très bon accueil de l'intendante et très bon contact avec la propriétaire, Nathalie.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette location très agréable. Le logement est encore mieux que sur les photos, décoré avec goût et très bien équipé. Les senteurs posées dans différentes pièces de la maison contribuent au bien-être ambiant. Le plus : les cadeaux de bienvenus très appréciable. La maison est idéalement située dans la saline, proche de la mer, le centre accessible à pied et le parcours de santé juste à côté

c'est une villa décorée avec goût et possédant une grande piscine. Elle est parfaitement équipée et bénéficie d'un emplacement idéal. Magnifique villa pour un séjour en famille
Tout est conforme à la description, la villa est très bien agencée, nous étions 6 (4 adultes et 2 enfants). La villa a tout l'équipement nécessaire (jeux plage et piscine, jeux pour les enfants intérieurs et extérieurs, la cuisine, un grand frigo). La maison était propre à notre arrivée. Elle est à 5 minutes à pied d'une très belle plage. Nous avions 2 voitures que nous avons pu garer côté à côté sans difficulté. Nous recommandons cette location sans hésitation. Merci pour cette agréable séjour, nous sommes juste tristes d'avoir dû rentrer ;)
