Beautiful villa for 8 people, with totally private pool heated (from may to september), a large garden. The lagoon, restaurants, shops, casinos are directly accessible on foot. Beach within 50 meters, very quiet residential area.
The villa is ideally located for surfing and paddle on the spot of the hermitage.
Safe swimming area for children near the post MNS.

Idéalement située à quelques mètres de la plage de l'Ermitage, cette maison est très bien équipée et très confortable. Les propriétaires sont à l'écoute et très arrangeants. Malgré le confinement et le couvre-feu en vigueur cette été, nous avons tous passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison. Nous y reviendrons sans hésiter

Si c'est pas le paradis, on s'en approche ...
La villa est conforme au descriptif. Ses points forts ? • Bien équipée. • Spacieuse. • Idéale pour vivre à plusieurs personnes avec ses quatre chambres ayant chacune leur salle de bain. • Un extérieur très accueillant avec une varangue spacieuse, une jolie piscine et un très grand terrain au bout duquel se trouve l’accès direct à la route du lagon (plage à 50m). • La proximité des commerces et restaurants. • L’accès direct à la promenade du front de mer qui vous amènera jusqu’à Saint Gilles au travers d’une pinède accrochée au somptueux bleu de l’océan. Son point faible ? • Un seul peut être. La route d’accès au logement quelque peu abimée un peu douloureuse pour les amortisseurs. Merci aux propriétaires pour leur gentillesse, leur sourire et leur souplesse.

Villa à éviter par manque de prestations
Bonjour, je vous déconseille cette villa car malgré sa situation géographique, La gestion de celle-ci est plus que moyenne, électricité obsolète, chambres et salle d'eau dépassé par le temps, jardin non entretenu et la propriétaire est plus que limite dans Ça courtoisie. Bref, pour résumé, il y a beaucoup mieux à Saint Gilles les bains pour ce type de location. A éviter.

Nous avons passé 17 jours magnifiques (juillet 2017) dans cette belle et grande VILLA avec 7 adultes et 2 enfants en bas âges. Très fonctionnelle et spacieuse, bien équipée, adaptée et sécurisée pour les petits enfants. Proche de tout (plages, commerces, grands routes, etc..). QUE DU BONHEUR. Avec, pour couronner le tout, le "volcan l'a pété" et l'arrivée des baleines... remarques pour les proprios: manque de container poubelles et de matériel d'entretien.
