"This is a rural restored farm house. We used it as a base for a day trip (3.5 hrs) to Andorra while being able to make it back to Paris in a day. Visited some nearby wineries as well! Breakfast was good. Room and bath clean with nice hot shower. Only issue was lack of ventilation in room. No ac so had to open windows ( without screens) until attacked by mosquitos!"

"Sarah est une hôte attentive. La chambre ( sous les toits) est tres grande et joliment aménagée. Elle est adaptee vraiment que pour dormir ( car elle ne dispose que de 2 toutes petites fenêtres en s accroupissant pour voir dehors) Il vaut mieux prevoir des boules Quies car le chauffage est une clim reversible et donc bruyant ( dommage que le seche serviette ne fonctionne pas) Le petit dejeuner est varié et avec des produits de qualité L environnement est bucolique "

"Domaine du Buc provided just the right rural estate feel. A short drive to vineyards and excellent food options, it was an otherwise quiet oasis. The host Brigitte was very welcoming and helpful about recommendations in the area."

"What an amazing stay. Christope and Patrick were so warm and kind. Hugo the dog is absolutely beautiful and also a wonderful host - The best boi ever. They have renovated the château beautifully. Everything is perfection - they have wonderful taste. They have thought of so many little touches to make your stay absolutely wonderful. The food there is top notch, and great drinks list that is well priced. I can not wait to go back. Do yourself a favour and book it. "

"Très bon accueil mais mauvais entretien du matériel, on ne voyait rien a travers les vitres de la tente , il y avait des cadavres d'insectes partout, de grosses aureoles sur le canapé et des poils dans le lit , nous avions réservés deux jours mais avons dû partir au bout de 4h car notre fils a fait une crise d'asthme dû a la poussière. Si vous n'aimez pas les insectes n'y allez pas c'est infesté de punaises , la tente n'étant pas hermétique tous les insectes rentrent (limaces, araignées, pince...

"Séjour très agréable, dans un ancien presbytère entouré de verdure. Accueil chaleureux et sympathique. Chambre spacieuse et très calme, literie confortable. Et surtout un petit déjeuner extraordinaire, copieux et délicieux, confitures, yaourts et pâtisseries maison, assiette de charcuterie pour les amateurs de salé, fruits frais… De plus, on peut même visiter l’église attenante au presbytère, du XIII ème siècle et très bien conservée. "

"Beautiful homely hotel. Bedroom very quiet and clean. Tranquil and pretty surroundings with good places to walk. Owners very welcoming and friendly. Continental breakfast was nice and not rushed (which was great when we overslept). Good sized pool for swimming and decent sun loungers for relaxing. Great facilities to make your own dinner if you decide to stay in - Castres is circa 10-15 minute drive - with a small boutique to stock up on essentials like like wine and home produced honey! "Zeer mooi verblijf op unieke locatie nabij Albi en mooie dorpjes in de omgeving. Voortreffelijk ontbijt met vers fruit en zelfgebakken cake. Heerlijk zwembad met mooi uitzicht op de omgeving. Nette kamer met aparte slaapplaats voor kids en airco voor warme dagen. Zeer warme en hartelijke ontvangst. Puur genieten. We komen zeker terug."

We stayed in the family room which consisted of a spacious main bedroom adjoining a second room with a single bed and a bunk bed. Perfect for our three kids. Rural France at its delightful best

"Stunning property in rural France where we were greeted with a warm welcome by the host and shown to our room which was beautiful, spacious and very tastefully decorated. The property does allow dogs but only in certain rooms so do remember and advise them at the time of booking. Breakfast was laid on in the morning and again our host was very attentive and really helpful. Will most definitely be staying again we drive from the UK to the Costa Blanca."

A beautiful gem of a hotel.

"What an amazingly, beautiful, hotel and Emilie the absolute perfect host. The attention to detail is first class and no effort is spared to make your visit memorable. The bedrooms are superb, the bed is ultra comfortable, the bathroom with walk in shower excellent and thecair conditioning given it was 35 degrees outside such a delight. This small but beautiful hotel ranks as one of the best we have visited anywhere in the world. Thank you Emilie. David and Morag "

Nothing short of amazing!

"From the moment we entered the grounds we were so impressed. All the women that worked there were so kind, helpful and welcoming. The room itself was modern, spacious and spotless. We had beautiful views of the grounds from the bedroom and bathroom. The bed was the most comfortable bed we’d slept on. Such an amazing way to start our first trip to the south of France. We would definitely come back!"
