Our 51-57m2 apartment is ideal for a family or group of friends and features wood finishes and a warm atmosphere with great amenities. After a long day on the trails, store your skis or switch out of your hiking shoes to soak in our heated indoor pool that features massage jets! Whether you use your apartment's kitchenette or dine out at one of the numerous restaurants in Les Bottières you're sure to enjoy the variety of activities available in the region.

Our space comfortably sleeps 4 guests, but can accommodate up to 6. The space includes:

• 1st Bedroom: Double bed (140x190) OR two Single beds. Bed linen are provided.
• 2nd Bedroom: Double bed (140x190) OR two Single beds .Bed linen are provided.
• Living Room: Pull out sofa bed (2x80x190) for additional guests. Bed linen are provided. Enjoy the TV.
• Bathroom: Bath linens will be provided
• Kitchenette: Coffee machine, cooking hobs, fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster is provided.

There are a number of other amenities you're sure to enjoy when you stay at Résidence Les Terrasses des Bottières, where our space is conveniently located. These include:

• Access to the shared indoor pool
• On-site sauna (available for an additional charge)
• Ski locker.
• Breakfast available next door (available for an additional charge)

If you don't feel like cooking, enjoy a tasty meal at Bar Restaurant La Grange, a 15-minute drive away or pick up your groceries at Sherpa Supermarché, a 13-minute drive away. For guests not travelling with their own ski equipment, rentals are available at the nearby Skiset, which offers a wide range of equipment for every level of skier or snowboarder. Upon booking with us, we will provide you with an exclusive Promo Code that will give you a great discount on ski rentals when you book in advance!

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
Please note that some amenities are included while others are available for a charge. Additional fees are detailed below.

• Limited underground parking:€10/day and €50/week. FREE outdoor parking available on-site (Limited to availability)
• Bed linen change: €10/bed/change
• Beds made before your arrival: €5/bed
• Bath linen change: €8/person/change
• Sauna: €4/person/15 minutes
• Breakfast: €14/adult and €11/child (under 10 years old)
• Pet Fee: €10/day/animal and €45/week/animal
• Damage Deposit: €300 upon arrival
• Daily Tourist Tax: between €0.50 and €3, charged per person
• End-of-stay cleaning (excluding kitchenette) is included for stays less than 5 nights! For stays of 5+ nights, guests are requested to clean their units prior to departure or an end-of-stay cleaning (excluding kitchenette) will be provided for €60
• Store your skis in the ski locker, located on the main floor
• Enjoy access to the shared indoor pool from 10 am - 7 pm
• The properties here are individually decorated, so there can be some differences in the decor and furniture layout from one apartment to the next
