For a break with friends or family, come and enjoy this new house with its outdoor swimming pool, just 2 steps from the sea.

As you pass through the entrance gates, you'll discover a large property: a large garden, a pleasant terrace sheltered from the wind and, above all, a lovely outdoor swimming pool heated from June to September.

As you enter the house, you enter a large living room with its comfortable lounge and living room opening onto the fully-equipped open-plan kitchen. This room also offers direct access to the fully-equipped terrace. From the kitchen, you also have access to a utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer and access to the garage.
On the ground floor, you will also find a separate toilet and a charming master suite with a 140x190 bed and bathroom with shower.

Upstairs you'll find the house's 3 other bedrooms. The first is more for children, with a 90x190 pull-out bed that can sleep 2. The second bedroom is another master suite, with its 160x200 bed and private bathroom with shower.
To get to the last bedroom, you'll pass through a children's games room with TV and Wii console. The last bedroom has a 160x200 double bed and 2 90x200 single beds.
The first floor also has a second separate WC and a third bathroom with bath.

The little extras you won't find elsewhere? Bed and bathroom linen provided (sheets, covers, pillowcases, towels, tea towels), a welcome basket made from 100% local produce, a digital welcome booklet explaining how the house works and giving advice on things to do and places to visit!

Less than 30 minutes away, you can discover the most popular tourist spots in the Pays des Abers and Pays d'Iroise: visit the islands of Ouessant or Molène from the pretty, lively and picturesque port of Le Conquet (you can also leave from Lanildut), discover the 3 Abers and their magnificent landscapes, go for a walk along the wild coast or discover the Ile Vierge lighthouse, visit the Pointe Saint Matthieu, the Château de Kergroadès or the Musée de la Marine in Brest. For art lovers: La Passerelle in Brest, La Fondation Leclerc in Landerneau, the Musée des Beaux-Arts in Brest....
Children will also find nearby: the 3 Curés playground (amusement park), Océanopolis (one of the largest aquariums in Europe).
For the more sporty, there are magnificent kitesurfing, windsurfing, paddle and surfing spots nearby. For golfers, there are several nearby, including the Golf des Abers.
