Come and rest in this spacious, quiet and bright family home, ideally located in the land of the abers. This functional house with a maximum capacity of 13 people is ideal for spending holidays with family or friends. This house also has the particularity of being adapted for people with reduced mobility.

On the ground floor, you will discover a large living room open to the terrace, comprising a living room, a living room and an equipped open kitchen. The ground floor is fully equipped to accommodate people with reduced mobility. You will find a spacious room with a 160x200 bed, a toilet and a bathroom adapted for a wheelchair.

You can enjoy the sun on a pleasant terrace accessible from the living room. It is equipped with a table and chairs, you can also enjoy a beautiful wooded and enclosed garden.

Upstairs you access a nice mezzanine serving the 6 bedrooms, toilet and bathroom. You will find 2 rooms equipped with double beds in 140, two rooms with a double bed in 160 and rooms equipped with single beds (one room with 1 bed and one room with 2 beds). This floor is equipped with a bathroom with a bathtub and a toilet. The large mezzanine is also an ideal play area for children.

This house is also equipped with a laundry room with a washing machine and a tumble dryer.

The house is ideally located for hiking enthusiasts, the GR34 long-distance hiking trail is accessible 600m away to discover the beauty of the Aber Benoît. If you prefer to enjoy the beach, the beautiful Béniguet beach is located 2 km away.

The little extras you won\'t find anywhere else? Bed and bath linen provided (sheets, covers, pillowcases, bath towels, tea towels), a 100% local welcome basket, a digital welcome booklet explaining the functioning of the house and advising you on activities to do and tourist sites to visit!

In less than 30 minutes, you can discover the most touristy places in the Pays d\'Iroise: go and discover the islands of Ouessant or Molène from the pretty and picturesque port of Le Conquet (departure also possible from Lanildut), discover the 3 Abers and their magnificent landscapes, go for a walk on the wild coast or in the Sainte Marguerite dunes, visit the Pointe Saint Matthieu, the Kergroadès castle, or the maritime museum in Brest. For art lovers: La Passerelle in Brest, La fondation Leclerc in Landerneau, the Brest Museum of Fine Arts....
For children, you will also find nearby: the récré des 3 curés (amusement park), Océanopolis (one of the largest aquariums in Europe).
For the more sporty, magnificent kitesurfing, windsurfing, paddle or surfing spots are located nearby. For golfers, you will find several nearby, including the Abers golf course.
