"Our stay at the cottage was ok, the pool is lovely and the hot tub is a plus. The cottage is very small, we are a family of 4 which was tight. 6 people would be too many as there is only a sofa bed to sit on in the living room so people have to sit at the dinner table in the evening. Thankfully we didn’t need to use the sofa bed as it was broken. We did inform the owner who said she was aware it was broken but didn’t say it would be fixed or a new sofa bought. "We have had a lovely stay, the house is great and has a lovely big garden. Ideal for the kids to play in. Lots to do in the area. Vrbo had incorrectly said there would be a hot tub, this has been changed now. Only thing that was not online and we found out when we were in touch just before traveling is that you have to ask for towels/bedding and pay separately."

"A lovely cottage with a lot of character. Amazing communication and help from the owner. Lovely setting, near to a lot of places of interest to go with the family. Rooms are all a lot larger than appear in the pictures. Nearby field outside the village has a very friendly little horse too!"

"We really like this gite. Peaceful location, perfect for relaxation and local area is pretty with lots of nice villages and scenic drives. The weather is unpredictable, so an upgrade to the indoor seating would be nice for more comfort on rainy days. Overall, it's great!"

The garden is big enough to explore, play football, badminton and get lost in. The swing and outdoor shower were an added bonus.
