"Overall our stay here was pretty good. The location was good for going into town and also only a short walk from the bus stop for the slopes. The apartment is quite small, especially if using the fold out sofa bed. It wasn’t the cleanest either. Still find it bizarre that you have to pay additional money to rent the bedding and towels, but ah well. Bear in mind the block is mostly full of locals so if that’s an issue for you then don’t expect there to be many other tourists staying nearby. "

"I recently stayed in Saint Gervais with a group of 11 guests (2 families with teens), and it was a fantastic experience. The space was more than ample for our group, providing plenty of room for everyone to feel comfortable. "We had an enjoyable stay and the accommodation had everything we needed. It was exceptionally clean and well organised. Took us a little time to work out the electrics and plug sockets as our adapter plugs weren’t compatible. We enjoyed not having wifi but our teenager may not agree! The communication and directions were very helpful and we were able to check out later which was useful. "The property was in a lovely location, and was as described. I suspect we were the first family in for a while, because we had to do a bit of cleaning of cobwebs etc but it was generally clean and in good condition with nice touches. The bed was very comfortable, one of the best we have slept on in any rental apartment but the sunloungers looked ready to fall to bits at any moment. Overall we were really happy with it and wouldnt hesitate to return."

"Good stay in Chamonix. Check-in at 1700hrs is quite late and ahould be revised. As a seasoned traveler this is the first time I've ever seen such a late check-out followed by a 1000hrs check-out. Grateful that the check-out was extended to 1100hrs and yes the check-in time is indicated when making the selection for the hotel but just unfortunete. Overall nice stay at Balcon de Savoy."
