Former Barn renovated in 2019 at the gates of Bergerac with swimming pool and view of the vineyards and Bergerac.
This house comprises on the ground floor a living room with integrated open kitchen, a pantry and a WC.
Upstairs two bedrooms
Each of them is equipped with a bed in 160 and two beds in 90, a private bathroom in the bedroom (Double sink and walk-in shower) and a separate toilet also private in the bedroom.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Bergerac. La maison est très fonctionnelle, propre et agréable. La climatisation a été très appréciée en cette semaine de canicule. Piscine (partagée avec les chambres d'hôte) très agréable aussi et bien sécurisée. Les propriétaires sont très disponibles en cas de besoin et pour des conseils sur les endroits à visiter (mention spéciale au château de Bridoire idéal à faire avec des enfants). Bref nous recommandons !

Des Vacances Parfaites
Des vacances parfaites grâce à l’hospitalité et la gentillesse des hôtes, Daniel et Catherine. Ils réalisent un joli travail concernant le maintien de la propreté de la piscine et du jardin. Chaque matin Daniel passe pour prendre des nouvelles et savoir si tout se passe bien en cas de pépin. Des hôtes parfaits. La maison, ainsi que le jardin étant totalement rénovés, sont magnifiques. Une location totalement équipée selon les besoins, amenant un confort plus qu’agréable. Une réservation accompagnée d’une tres belle piscine profitante aux locataires du gîtes, ainsi qu’aux locataires des chambres d’hôtes. Des accessoires tels que des bouées, des ballons, des pistolets à eau sont disponibles et maintenu en forme chaque matin par Daniel. La gîte possède une très bonne situation géographique : à 10 min de bergerac et entouré de nombreuses activités (paintball, karting, bubble-foot, accrobranche, canoë, etc…). En conclusion, une excellente réservation. Nous y retournerons.

Geweldig verblijf gehad, wat een geweldige vakantie!
We hebben het heerlijk gehad, gastheer en vrouw zijn geweldig, huis is volgens beschrijving, 2 badkamers, 2 ruime slaapkamers, toilet beneden en een keuken die alles heeft. Wil hier graag weer naartoe terug. Omgeving genoeg te doen, lekker gegeten. Bedankt nogmaals voor het geweldige verblijf, we hebben mooie herinneringen gemaakt.

Un séjour très agréable
Nous avons passé un séjour parfait dans le gite de M et Mme COSTE, et nous les remercions vivement de leur accueil. Le gite est très bien situé pour les visites de nombreux sites du Périgord. Le confort du gite est parfait et M et Mme COSTE sont toujours là pour la moindre question et pour de bons conseils. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Des vacances de rêves !
Un grand merci à Catherine et Daniel pour leur accueil au gîte des Marchettes. Idéalement situé, nous avons eu le plaisir de découvrir un cadre calme et verdoyant, une longère rénovée avec goût. Le gîte fut très propre à notre arrivée. La piscine est une valeur ajoutée au site. Nos deux familles (4 adultes et 4 enfants) avons apprécié l'aménagement du lieu et l'espace. Un réel coup de cœur pour ce gîte ainsi que pour nos hôtes ! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Un gîte qui vaut le détour tant par la qualité de l'hébergement et des équipements que par la gentillesse de nos hôtes. Le gîte est idéalement situé a 2 pas de Bergerac et permet de rayonner sur tous les plus beaux sites de Dordogne. Catherine et Daniel sont des hôtes 5 étoiles, toujours aux petits soins le tout avec beaucoup de convivialité. Tout simplement un séjour parfait.
