Gite of 85 m² fitted out on the basement, comprising upstairs a large living room with fireplace, a modern fitted kitchen, a lounge and a dining area opening onto the balcony. A large hall with an office area and a skylight leads to 3 bedrooms, a bathroom and a toilet. The wood central heating is powered by the owners from the basement. This comfortable cottage, recently fitted out, welcomes people wishing to recharge their batteries in the countryside for a weekend or a stay. You will appreciate its bright interior and the quality of its equipment. From the large flowered wooden balcony, fitted out for your meals, you can enjoy the window which opens onto a hilly landscape. You will also have a 50 m² grassy courtyard and a carport. A large open plot of 2000m², shared with the 2 other gîtes, has been designed for relaxation and leisure: children's swing, bowling alley, ping pong, basketball. Donkey rides for children. Chazelles-sur-Lyon at 9 km - St-Galmier at 5 km.
