In a privileged residential area of St Maximin our house is
very quiet, all services are quality, home theater, induction hob, flat screen new American fridge, gas barbecue), four bedrooms an office two large terraces one for the evening cooler and the other for breakfast facing the swimming pool with alarm and especially heated for a water to 28 °, and the last one a spa for 6 people heated to 37 ° 5, petanque ground essential for the holidays,
a furnished studio completely opposite the villa is rented year-round with no access to the villa and the pool and garden.
we have left Brittany to realize our dream in the south: "a villa with swimming pool" welcome to our home .

Very nice House and pool area - big pool
We had a great time in this House. It is a very nice welcoming House. The pool area is new and so nice. The pool has a great size. There are dart, tabletennis etc. If we should say anything, it’s that there are only a Weekly tjeck of the pool and otherwise you have to take care of the pool yourself. And we don’t have a pool and don’t know have to tjeck and handle it. And we got some problem with the PH. We had one day where the pool was a bit green and we couldn’t use it. We also missed some instruction and information in english. The host was easy to get in contact with and were very nice. The House was well equipped - however we missed a real grill. We had 2 great weeks in the House. (8 people, two families and a little dog) Be aware that there live someone in a separated part of the House (don’t have any entrence together and any connection). We didn’t know and had to ask who had parked on the ground. He was not disturbing at all. We can really recommend the House.

Tout est parfait si ce n est le voisin intransigeant aux rires plongeons des enfants ce qui nous a valu une visite de sa part à 15h30 Un peu trop éloigné de la mer pour nous Sinon rien à redire top !👍

Deux Semaines au Paradis

Belle maison, bien soignee
La maison est très belle, très propre et se trouve dans un endroit calme et bien situé. La communication avec les propriétaires se passait très bien Nous y avons passé de belles vacances et nous avons apprécié tous les petits coins dans le grand jardin où on pouvait se reposer. Une seule remarque: dans une telle belle maison, avec des volets sur le rez de chaussée pour garder la chaleur en dehors , nous le trouvons un peu dommage que la climatisation se trouve sur l'escalier et pas dans les chambres á coucher.

Très bon séjour au calme
La villa est superbe, très confortable et très bien équipée. Les extérieurs sont magnifiques. Les activités sur place (piscine,jaccuzzi, ping pong, tir à l arc, pétanque, terrain de volley/badminton permettent de passer un excellent séjour. On se sent à la maison. Chacun peut trouver un espace pour se détendare et a amuser. Accueil au top et propriétaire dispo pour répondre à toute nos questions.

Magnifique Villa
Sans doute une des meilleures villas que l'on ai loué (et nous en avons vu pas mal) tout est la pour qu'on passe de magnifiques vacances sans encombres, terrain de volley, terrain de pétanque, tir à l arc, jacuzzi, piscine chauffée.. que demander de plus ! Un Intérieur décoré avec goûtet de magnifiques chambres. Enfin bref tout était parfait !! Mr et Mme GUICHARD sont des propriétaires au top, gentils aimables et serviables. Merci pour tout ! Séjour idéal : rien à redire et à recommander +++
Les propriétaires sont des personnes très sympathiques et attentives à ce que tout se déroule au mieux pendant le séjour. Ils communiquent leurs coordonnées et sont joignables à tout moment en cas de question. La villa est un peu excentrée, au calme (ce que nous recherchions) sans être à plus de 5-10 minutes du centre de Saint-Maximin, charmante petite ville. La villa est très spacieuse, bien agencée, très propre et très bien équipée avec tout l'électroménager moderne à disposition. Les + : 1. L'espace parental à l'étage est superbe : salle de bain (douche + baignoire) attenante à la chambre, wc séparé, petit balcon sympa avec vue sur la piscine. 2. Les lits sont faits à notre arrivée. 3. Le linge de maison (serviettes de bain, torchons à vaisselle, nappe) et les serviettes pour la piscine et/ou le jacuzzi sont fournis. Nos coups de cœur : 1. la télévision extérieure (idéale pour regarder la coupe du monde, surtout quand la France gagne !!) 2. la magnifique piscine chauffée 3. le superbe jacuzzi 4. les 2 terrasses et l'espace cocooning pour l'apéro 5. l'espace pétanque 6. le hamac à l'ombre pour la sieste :) En conclusion : Nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances, bien reposantes, dans un cadre parfait. Au vu des photos et du descriptif nous étions déjà très emballés mais la réalité est encore mieux, si si je vous assure : cadre idyllique ! Dépaysement assuré. N'hésitez pas à louer cette villa...
