"Approaching Stone Court House there’s no question the location doesn’t fill you with confidence- but keep going! Stone Court House is amazing. Part Stately Home part boutique hotel this Grade Ii listed building is truly great. Reminiscent of world-famous Hazlitts in Soho, the rooms are characterful and appear to be unique - its a wonderful stay. I can’t imagine there’s anywhere comes close for miles around. "Jo and buzz amazing as always. Told them i was fasting and wouldnt eat breakfast. So they made me lunch to take with me. Lovely room sea views lovely family. Stayed her many times and will continue to do so. "

"Very cosy and warm, steep steps up to room and parking a few minutes walk away. A wonderful view to wake up to overlooking the river Medway. No breakfast inc and it’s not clear reading the other reviews, I think it’s overpriced without breakfast. We enjoyed our stay but I wouldn’t stay here again unfortunately. If you are a light sleeper noisy traffic in the background also. The host was friendly. "

"A beautiful property. Owner Carole was very welcoming. The room was spotless and the breakfast was excellent. Very large and comfortable bed. The owners own the pub down the road which serves good food with very generous portions."

"Host Deb was friendly but this did not compensate for a room and house that smelt stale- a mix of dog and cigarette smoke. Keeping the windows open meant lots of noise from the busy road. Shower tray was blocked. Doesn't offer actual breakfast (as advertised) but was offered some toast. Generally poor experience."

"We really enjoyed our stay here. Host was excellent: knowledgeable and welcoming. Location was good, secluded enough but easy to get to all areas of the island. Food selection in kitchen was fab and available 24/7, never had that at a b&b before. Room comfortable and internet readily available too. "
