"Old world grandeur on the outside, set in its own grounds away from towncentre hub bub. Presenting spaciousness on the inside with staff attentive to the level of service expected by their customers in a 4* hotel. We had looked at images of the hotel, what you see and hope for is what you get. We were not disappointed with any part of our stay. Breakfast had a good choice and staff only too happy to assist. Thoroughly enjoyed everything on offer. Evening dining available, competitively priced, fish and chips cooked fresh and delicious. Followed by an even more delicious dessert. The biggest joy for us, which was better than we dared hope, was the spa. What a treat. Pool, jacuzzi, sauna, steam room, hot and cold pool. Sun beds to enjoy a good book after a relaxing sauna after a hard day touring the wonderful Jersey by bus and foot. Local Bus service to the bus station at regular intervals throughout the day. Able bodied should walk , quicker and not unpleasant, not that far 20 minutes. 10/10 we would not hesitate about returning"

"The staff went above and beyond. Lovely stay in a great hotel. Could not fault the food, atmosphere, room and location. It was located in the main town and on the doorstep to the main bus station so all areas of the Island were in easy reach. "
