"This lovely cottage was my home for a month and I was extremely sad to say goodbye on my last day. It remained cool in the extreme heat of July and had everything I could possible need to live for a month. Jacques was an amazing host, providing many little extra touches that i have rarely experienced in other 'rent by owner' situations. His ability to speak English was a bonus as he helped me out of a few language barrier situations. Highly recommend this location."

"This lovely property is off the beaten path just outside of the small town of Mauves-sur-Huisne. The house is as it looks and has ample space for 12 people. The owners are absolutely lovely and on hand to answer any questions and recommend local excursions. Lovely Belleme is just a 15 minute drive away for shopping and strolling. "Das Haus war absolut nicht sauber,die wc Spülung ganz schwach man muss lange Spülen um dünne Klo Papier runter zu bekommen, überall Staub wolken am Boden, spinnen Netz überall, nicht hygienisch. Die Betten bei jedem drehen hört man im ganzen Hause, der Preis ist okay sonst ist nichts im Dorf"
