Modern comfortable house

Modern villa, 120M², with 3 bedrooms, FOR 6 People with possibility of adding 3 people price per night, 1st a 160cm bed, 2nd a 140cm bed and 3rd 2 90cm beds, 10M2 bathroom, double basin, bathtub and large walk-in shower. Large living room open to American kitchen overlooking covered terrace and swimming pool, 10 mins from Ondres Labennes beaches, 15 mins from Capbreton, Hossegor and 15 mins from the Basque coast served by the A63 Boucau Tarnos exit, 3 mins from the house, quiet and relaxing you would be seduced by the 9x5m heated swimming pool for summer 2020 and 80m² of beach for lounging in the sun, I do not block the deposit on the site but I ask you for a check not cashed at the entrance and handing over the keys to 1200 € and returned if no breakage, Happy holidays to all

Belle maison, fonctionnelle, bien exposée, avec plusieurs endroits de vie agréables. La connectivité fonctionne bien ainsi que la télévision et tous les électroménagers. La piscine chauffée (en continue++) est très appréciable lors des jours couverts ou de baignade interdite La maison n'est cependant pas à proximité des endroits de vie, de la plage, mais assez facile et rapide d'accès Point additionnel, les propriétaires vivent juste à côté, ce qui n'est pas précisé dans l'annonce

L’appréciation de nos vacances
Nous avons apprécié que la villa soit un plein pied avec une belle superficie. Nous avons également aimé la décoration, le calme et les propriétaires ont fait en sorte que nous ne manquions de rien à notre arrivé. Ce que nous pourrions reprocher à cette villa est que l’annonce n’indiquait pas que la piscine n’était pas chauffé. Ce qui nous à empêcher dans profiter.

Villa pratique, bien équipée. Le propriétaire est très réactif. Seuls bémols : • la piscine non chauffée restée à 22-23 C durant une bonne partie de notre séjour ne permettant d accueillir que les courageux. • nos amis les moustiques affectionnent particulièrement la maison. Prévoir ce qu il faut afin de pouvoir ouvrir les fenêtres la nuit tant il fait chaud dans les chambres. Merci pour le séjour

jolie villa tres bien equipee,et avec une piscine et une terrasse faites avec gout!! tres bien situee pour visiter le pays basque ou pour prendre l autoroute pour une escapade en espagne pour manger des tapas !!
