The charming studio in the 2nd residence, which we offer you is located right next to the famous ice cream parlor La Martinière on the quays of the port of Saint-Martin-de-Ré, a charming village characterized by its Vauban fortifications.

It benefits from the direct proximity to restaurants and shops, while enjoying the calm of an interior courtyard once the windows are open.

Cleaning included. Delivery and return of keys exclusively in La Rochelle (Minimes district).
