Espace repas. Salle d'eau avec douche à l'italienne et vasque.
Mezzanine avec un lit 140 et un clic-clac 120. Une buanderie avec wc, sèche-linge, lave-linge et congélateur. Terrasse et jardinet. Box fermé en sous-sol.
