On the garden level, in addition to the dining room, you will find a spacious kitchen as well as an air-conditioned sitting area and a bedroom on the ground floor with direct access to the terrace and pool. Going upstairs, the first floor offers views of the surrounding fields and the remaining bedrooms, one of which is air-conditioned. Step outside and you will find a covered terrace, a terrace with barbecue and garden furniture and a private heated pool (12 x 5 metres). There is also a shower, sink and WC in the outdoor area. The house is located in a quiet neighbourhood, a bakery is 500 m away and other grocery shops about 1 km away. Caphan is an area north of Saint Martin de Crau, on the road to Maussane les Alpilles (5 km). Market on Friday.
