Vue imprenable sur la mer
Logement un peu défraîchi et vieillot mais largement compensé par sa situation à une dizaine de minutes à pied d'intra-muros et de la gare, et situé en bord de mer, pour ne pas dire sur la plage. Il est reposant d'observer la mer selon les marées et la luminosité et d'entendre les vagues mourir au bas de votre fenêtre à marée haute. L'omniprésence du lambris associée à l'air marin donnent cette légère odeur un peu surprenante au début et assombrit un peu le logement, on aime ou on n'aime pas, personnellement je trouve que cela lui confère un certain cachet. Cuisine et WC un peu exigus mais tout l'essentiel y est pour passer un très bon séjour.

Les pieds dans l'eau !
Ancien logement duplex, très bien situé. Il n'y a qu'a descendre et on se retrouve sur la plage! Le logement est un peu vieillot (couette usée mais chaude, ancien meuble,présence de tapisserie "tissu" à l'étage....c'est vieillot mais propre)mais il y a tout le nécessaire pour y vivre. La boulangerie est à 5 minutes. Possibilité de préparer un repas ou de se faire livrer...nous y retournerons certainement,tout simplement ,nous ne sommes pas exigeants.

Pour vivre au rythme de la mer...
L'atout de cet appartement est bien évidemment son emplacement exceptionnel (seul bâtiment sur 3km de plage à se situer directement sur la plage et pas derrière une route ou une promenade : la mer arrive au pied de l'immeuble à marée haute, personne ne passe devant vos fenêtres, aucune nuisance !). Le tarif n'est pas donné et on pourrait donc souhaiter que le logement soit irréprochable, mais on paye avant tout l'emplacement. Un petit rafraichissement serait le bienvenu mais rien de rédhibitoire

son atout est son emplacement.
Son atout est qu'elle soit située à proximité des plages et des remparts, commerces et restaurants accessibles à pied. Location vieillotte meubles et intérieur gagneraient à être modernisées literie du haut trop molle, cuisine et salle de bain petites Une place de parking ou un garage aurait un plus car stationnement payant dans la rue il faut faire preuve de patience pour trouver une place gratuite

Charmantes Apartment direkt am Meer
Die Unterkunft macht durch den offenen und hohen Raum mit seiner Holzvertäfelung einen sehr freundlichen Eindruck. Der Blick auf das Meer ist sowohl bei Ebbe als auch bei Flut spektakulär, auch im oberen Geschoss hat man einen wunderschönen Blick. Die Ausstattung von Küche und Bad ist in die Jahre gekommen, insbesondere die Küche ist sehr eng. Leider war es bei unserer Ankunft sehr staubig, vielleicht war die Wohnung zuvor nicht belegt.

C'est pour cela que nous étions là voir qqun nager sous sa fenêtre et avoir l'impression d être dans un bateau sans le mal de mer GENIAL. appartement propre. Les - : lit de l'etage très mou et incofortable. Et ODEUR INSUPPORTABLE DE MOISISSURE. Déconseillé aux allergiques asthmatiques etc.. même avec le chauffage à fond. C'est dû à la situation de l'appartement. Cela devrait se resoudre avec l'achat d'un GROS humidificateur électrique. Allez vérifier

Excellente situation, on fait tout à pied (proximité de la gare d'intramuros et surtout de la mer, on peut y descendre pieds nus ;-). Literie souple mais confortable, pour la cuisine on a l'essentiel rien de plus. les photos sont parfaitement fidèles au lieu, appartement très agréable pour un couple et 1 enfant, on apprécie aussi le calme. Belle vue sur la mer et bien situé
Appartement bien situé, face à la plage du Sillon, belle vue sur la mer. Il est possible de garer sa voiture non loin de là, dans la rue, des places se trouvant assez facilement (louer début septembre donc en début de basse saison). Je pense qu'en haute saison cela doit être moins facile. Sinon la cité corsaire (intra muros) , commodités (restaurants, magasins..) sont accessibles à pied.

Esperienza bellissima ... Il mare che modifica continuamente il paesaggio con le sue piccole maree .. Vista da favola dalla finestra dell'appartamento. Tramonti rosa e spiagge immense.
