Cocoonr offers this 75m² apartment for rent on the 3rd floor (no elevator) of a former palace. In 1861, the first seaside palace, Hôtel Franklin, was built on the Sillon in Saint-Malo. Inside, the building is organized into interior galleries opening onto a glass-topped atrium. You'll enjoy a large living room, a bright living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a shower room. This beautiful apartment has a parking space.

The apartment comprises
- A large, bright living room with double exposure: view of the basins, Intra-Muros and on the side a side view of the sillon beach looking out of the window.
- A modern, fully-equipped kitchen with a high table for coffee or breakfast. Looking out the window, you'll see the national fort and the beach.
- 2 beautiful bedrooms: one spacious with a 180cm bed, the other smaller with a 140cm bed.
- At the end of the corridor is a brand-new, very modern shower room, plus a laundry room with washing machine.

The apartment is ideally located in Le Perreux-sur-Marne, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets...

L'Etoile du Roy "Der Urlaub war klasse, das Apartment nicht. 🙂 Die Lage ist sehr gut. Parken vor dem Haus ebenso. Die Zimmer sind geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Bis auf das Wohnzimmer, hier sind Designermöbel mit Kindermöbeln und altem Schreibtisch kombiniert. Wers mag. 🙁 Ausser der Schlüsselübergabe vor Ort, gab es keine direkte Betreuung. Schon vor der Reise wurden Fragen von Cocoonr bzgl. des Fernsehers gar nicht beantwortet. Um etwas zu klären musste man mit Mobilfung BRD eine kostenpflichtige Festnetznummer in Frankreich anrufen. Fragen bzgl. einer Bedienungsanleitung für die Waschmaschine wurden ignoriert. Danke schön Cocoonr. Die Fenster waren dreckig, zum Teil auch die Töpfe, ein Leintuch im Bett zerissen und das Bad war nicht richtig geputzt. Fragen zu Putzutensilien wurden wieder ignoriert. 68€ für die Endreinigung sind hier Abzocke. Ganz toll, die Wohnung liegt im 4.te Stock und es gibt keinen Aufzug. Für mich passt hier das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis gar nicht, und Cocoonr Apartsments werde ich zukünftig von Buchungen generell ausschliessen."

L'Etoile du Roy "Perfekter Ort für einen Urlaub und super Ausgangspunkt für die Umgebung. 🙂 Perfekt ausgestattetes Appartement mit zwei schönen Schlafzimmern, Bad / WC und separatem WC sowie grosszügigem Wohn- / Essraum. Wir waren zu Dritt und jeder konnte sich irgendwo einrichten und fand Platz. Es ist ein stilvoller Altbau und hat echt Charme. Perfekte Lage und in ein paar Minuten ist man zu Fuss in der Altstadt. Das Meer sieht und hört man von der Seite und die direkte Aussicht geht auf die Lagune. Privater Parkplatz mit Schranke vor dem Haus. 🙁 Nichts. Ausser, dass der Drücker für die Schranke defekt war und wir ausserhalb parkieren mussten. Die Tickets wurde aber problemlos zurückerstattet."

L'Etoile du Roy "🙂 Die Wohnung liegt in einem alten Haus, dass zur Zeit noch renoviert wird., in der vierten oder fünften Etage. Es gibt leider keinen Lift, also Koffer hochtragen. Die Ausstattung ist gut, Handtücher, Bettwäsche, Bügeleisen, WIFI. Gesicherter Parkplatz dirkt vor der Tür. Lage zu der alten Festung ca. 5 Minuten Fußweg. Der Strand liegt direkt hinter dem Haus. Mit Englisch kann man sich nur schwierig verständigen."

Je louerai au même endroit si j'avais à y revenir 🙁 Même si ça ne nous a pas dérangé mais il faut mettre plus en évidence le fait que l'appartement soit au 3eme étage sans ascenseur, je l'ai découvert dans les commentaires des appréciations et vu ensuite dans un second plan dans un autre détail"

Bon séjour, appartement bien et spacieux
Appartement Bien placé, spacieux, sympa ! Salle de bain très bien. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, l'appartement est très bien placé. Ce que nous avons moins apprécié. Les literies ne sont pas top. Elles ont bien vécues. Le ménage d'apparences et de surface très bien mais sous les lits, c'est à revoir. Beaucoup beaucoup trop moutons. Il y a plus de moutons sous les lits que dans la baie du Mont Saint-Michel. Les escaliers sont immenses. 3 étages qui en valent 6.

Superbe location pour famille ou séjour amoureux
Endroit parfait entre le port et la chaussée du sillon à deux pas de l intramuros. Le bâtiment est sublime et l'appartement est bien isolé. Décoré avec goût et le matériel diversifié pour pouvoir faire la cuisine même pour un long séjour je recommande

L'accueil lors de la remise des clefs était parfait, par contre la propriété est en dessous de mes espérances: L'immeuble entier est en pleine rénovation, l'appartement situé au troisième étage , sans ascenseur ( plus de 80 marches à gravir) est largement assez grand pour 2 couples , mais les finitions laissent largement à désirer, et le titre accrocheur de " vue sur mer " de l'annonce doit être traduit par : vue sur mer en la cherchant bien, et en se penchant par l'une des fenêtres du salon ou de la cuisine . Par contre la vue sur le bassin est présente mais n'ai pas des plus intéressante. La situation est bonne, près du centre ville et de la plage. Mais cela ne justifie en aucune façon le prix élevé de cette location, qui manque de standing , surtout que bien fini cette appartement pourrait être magnifique.

Séjour aux portes de Saint-Malo intra-muros.
L’appartement est très bien situé. La vue sur le bassin n’est pas sensationnel mais dépaysante. La surface de l’appartement est très bien pour 4 personnes. L’appartement est en bon état mais la finition des travaux est de moyenne facture. Une place de stationnement est réservée aux occupants du logement ce qui est un plus dans une zone à stationnement payant. Les sols du logement n’étaient pas propres lors de notre arrivée. Beaucoup de poussière sous les meubles et du sable dans toutes les pièces. Le nettoyage des sols ne peut être réalisé correctement à cause d’un aspirateur très bas de gamme qui n’aspire pas ou très peu et qui n’est pas manœuvrable. Les matelas sont satisfaisants cependant ils ne sont pas recouverts de draps housses mais de simple draps qui provoquent un inconfort au milieu de toute vos nuits (même lorsque vous refaites votre lit tout les jours) et vous finissez par dormir à même le matelas (en termes d’hygiène on fait mieux). Les oreillers sont bons marchés et les lavages successifs leur ont fait perdre le peu de galbe qu’ils ont peut-être eu un jour. En un mot les nuits ne sont pas réparatrices. C’est dommage lorsque vous êtes en vacances... Une prestation moyenne dans un appartement de moyenne facture.

Schöner Kurzurlaub in St Malo
Die Wohnung ist außergewöhnlich schön möbliert und sehr geschmackvoll mit Bildern und Farben ausgestaltet. Sie liegt sehr zentral zum Strand und der Altstadt. Alles ist gut fußläufig erreichbar. Einziger Nachteil - wenn überhaupt - ist ihre Lage im 3. Obergeschoss ohne Fahrstuhl. Trotz massiver Umbauten im gesamten Treppenhaus und Eingangsbereich haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt!
