Great appartement, terrible host
We spent a couple of lovely days in this very nice apartment. Unfortunately, the host was hostile, unprofessional and hard to communicate with. I’d not recommend this listing as the experience turns quite unpleasant for no reason.

j'avais prévu de venir en famille mais la veille de notre arrivée mon père est décédé j'ai annulé la veille et averti le propriétaire. il a préféré encaisser le montant de ma location plutôt que de nous proposer un remboursement. Tout le monde ne dispose pas de la carte Gold. je ne pourrai que suggérer à ce Mr de revoir la définition du mot COMPASSION

Bel appartement propre et spacieux au 2 eme étage sans ascenseur dans une résidence sécurisée et calme. Nous avons passé un bon week-end. La ville de saint Malo est très jolie et possède de nombreux restaurants.
