"If you struggle with stairs this place is not for you. It is a great and interesting place. It’s surprisingly quiet for being right off the main food street in the town. Super convenient location. Parking can be a problem if you rent a car but it’s manageable. Check in and out was super easy."

"Stayed here with my brother for three nights, while visiting the Normandy/D-Day beaches. Very close to Omaha beach and its various features. If you’re not there for the beaches, it’s also a good location in terms of road access to Bayeux and Arromamches-Sur-Mer if you have a car, but not sure about public transport. The property itself is lovely, a mix of historic feel and location, but modern facilities and accommodation. We self-catered and found everything we needed. Superb, thank you! "

The main floor is one large and comfortably furnished room with the kitchen, living and dining rooms. There is plenty of natural light that brightens the room during the day. "A great place to stay. Close enough to the (amazing) beach that if you forget something it's no hassle to pop back and grab it. Really good location for accessing loads of WW2 sites (for when you have a WW2 obsessed teenager!), and some really good cycling routes nearby.
