Nestled in a vast larch forest at the foot of the Autanes massif and at the gateway to the Écrins National Park, the village of Saint-Léger-les-Mélèzes warmly invites you to enjoy an enchanting stay.
Whether you want to enjoy the joys of a downhill run in the snow in winter or a hike in the forest in summer, the Les Miaouzes residence welcomes you for a pleasant time with family or friends in one of its flats. Close to all amenities, this flat has a living room with a balcony, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms also opening onto a balcony, and a shower room. Private parking.

The flat:
Located on the ground floor of a mountain chalet-style residence, the accommodation sleeps 7 people. It is composed as follows:

Day area:
- A living room area with a large bay window overlooking the balcony, a dining table, a double sofa bed, TV, electric heating and electric fireplace.
- A fully equipped kitchen area: mini-oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, coffee machine etc...

Night area:
- Bedroom 1: a double bed and a bunk bed (2 single beds) with access to the east-facing balcony.
- Bedroom 2 on a half-level (6 steps): a double bed, a bunk bed for children only (2 single beds) and a single bed with access to the east-facing balcony.
- 1 shower room with shower, sanitary WC, washbasin, hairdryer, washing machine and tumble dryer, drying rack.
- Separate WC

Bunk beds (for children only) weighing a maximum of 35kg and are not suitable for adults.

Outside :
- 3 balconies: one for the living room with access to the outside facing WEST, one for each bedroom facing EAST without access to the outside. Garden table and chairs available.
- Private parking of 1500 m² belonging to the co-ownership

In winter: winter sports, dog sledding, ski joëring, snake gliss (a sledge train that winds its way down the slopes), snow tubbing (a race with snow buoys) or yooner (halfway between sledding and skiing), ice rink etc...
In summer: forest walks, horse riding, paragliding, visits to the castle and the village bell tower, mountain biking, fitness trail, beach volleyball, tennis, adventure trail, water park, donkey trail, educational farms etc...

Transport :
- Bus : Gap- Ancelle- St Leger line from Gap station to Saint-Léger-les-Mélèzes
- Gap station at 22 km (26 minutes by car) and Chorges at 28 km (30 minutes by car)

Neighbourhood:
The Residence is ideally located 300 m from the slopes, below the village with a splendid view over the valley. It consists of 77 flats spread over 5 buildings of 2/3 floors, the area is quiet and not overlooked. You will find on the spot: a mini-market, a bakery, a ski, bike and sledge rental service, etc....

Other remarks :
- The accommodation sleeps up to 7 adults, for a maximum capacity with children of 9.
- Cleaning at the end of your stay includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave the accommodation in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use
- Sheets and towels are available from the concierge at an additional cost.
- Cot, high chair, pushchair, playpen, gates, available on request.
- Private parking.
- Children's bunk beds with a maximum weight of 35kg and are not suitable for an adult.

Procédure d arrivé aucun message pour ouvrir la boîte à clefs, arrivé à l' appartement il y avait des herbes hautes de 50 cm devant tous les balcons qui étaient dans un état plein d' herbe, de poussière et de toiles d araignée ils sont venus tondre l Herbe après 10 jours et de nouveau les balcons et les vitres pleins d herbe, Dans la maison il a fallut faire le ménage, les casseroles sont dans le placard avec les balais et aspirateur, pour les aspirateurs ils n'ont pas dû être nettoyés depuis au moins 4 à 5 ans voilà cela fait 8 ans que je loue entre St Léger, Ancelle où Pont du fossé c'est la première fois que j'ai un logement comme Celui là je ne recommanderais jamais la conciergerie d Ancelle une fois de plus je le répète l appartement avant notre arrivé personne de la conciergerie n' était venu à cet appartement où alors il faut qu il change de métier
