"A surprisingly big apartment, 3 spacious bedrooms and a good kitchen, dining area and bathroom (with a lovely shower). It was spotless and parking just outside. Great stop off en route, we had planned to stay 2 nights but a car breakdown meant we only stayed one - which was a shame as this is a lovely clean and comfortable apartment with many televisions! Would thoroughly recommend."

"The apartment is in an excellent location, just a short walk from La Place des Héros and La Grande Place. It is also about a 5 minute walk from the train station. It was very clean, with a well-stocked kitchen and a comfortable bed. The apartment itself is spacious and has a secure entrance, which made us feel at ease. Having La Pizza de Nico right underneath and a Monoprix nearby was super convenient. However, there was some miscommunication with the hosts (there are three of them) on the day...

"A charming little flat in quiet location by heart of Arras loved it, will go back However - the bed base is nonexistent -virtually all the support bars are missing, and it therefore sags . They need to repair or replace."

"This flat is in a very convenient location. It has adequate spaciousness. Heads up- there are 2 flights of stairs to ascend upon entry to the building. I would definitely stay in the property again."

"Le logement est proposé à la location alors que le propriétaire ne le loue pas. Informée 3 jour avant mon arrivée par le propriétaire qu’il ne louait pas le logement alors qu’il a reçu le paiement. La plate-forme abritel ne me propose pas de logement de remplacement et c’est la croix et la bannière pour ce faire rembourser."
