"This is how thing fall apart. Booked 1BR apt. 1st room had no dishwasher or counter, wall falling apart, baseboards missing & very dark with few lites. Moved to different with natural light but heats up like an oven with only 1 window that opens. NO A/C!!. Urine stains in hall, huge parts of ceiling missing. The owners do zero maintain the place. On the other hand the staff is excellent. They deserve better. Also some of the best towels...go figure!"

"My wife and I went for 2 nights and had an excellent experience. The staff were very kind and helpful. The room was clean and very comfortable bed. It was minutes away from the train station Lyon Perrache, 10 min from the confluence and 40min walk to Old Lyon. Would definitely recommend. "
