"Loved the size of the room very spacious. The bed was comfy. Even though the bathroom looked a little hospital like but loved it, it was huge great shower head and pressure. Nice handwash and body soaps. Great breakfast selections and plenty. Staff were superb and professional"

"Cons. No safe, no aircon and pay for parking in secure carpark. Pros. Good central location for main town and train station. Only minutes walk. Lots of eating places nearby and a large supermarket close by. Hotel clean, tidy, friendly staff and room had microwave fridge and sink. Cutlery also supplied which allowed us to make breakfast in room. Additional bonus was a washing machine and dryer in laundry room which was free to use and hotel even supplied washing powder free of charge. Cannot fault staff and would have no hesitation in staying at Quest Hotel again."

"From the moment I checked in until checkout, the experience here was impeccable. I was greeted with a delicious ice-tea during check in, which was lovely on a very hot day. Explained how to find my room, and check-in was fast. I had prebooked both parking and dinner at the restaurant (which is a must if you want to get either). Dinner was exceptional, the wine paring recommendation was perfect. The room was clean and fresh, the bathroom was spotless and the amenities were great. The staff at this hotel really do make this THE place to stay. A little bit of a quirky hotel, but this is truly Dunedin. "
