There could not be a guest accommodation better stocked, more well thought out and welcoming than Marie’s cottage. Outdoor patios w/ tables and chairs, privacy, lots of room to move in the kitchen, a large fridge and stove, washing machine, upgraded lighting—we fell in love w/ this place and with Marie and Christian!

Séjour à 2 très agréable
Maison très bien équipée et conforme à l'annonce. Propriétaires très sympathiques et à l'écoute. Les activités alentour ne manquent pas et sont très rapidement accessibles. Le seul petit inconvénient lié à cette période de l'année où il y a beaucoup de monde c'est la proximité de la route très passante qui jouxte la terrasse; donc un peu de bruit à cet endroit mais la nuit est calme car la chambre est à l'opposé. Nous gardons un très bon souvenir de ce séjour et recommandons vivement cette maison.

Tolles Häuschen
Tolles kleines Häuschen mit allem was man braucht und sehr netten, hilfsbereiten und diskreten Vermietern. Wer tagsüber viel Ruhe sucht, sollte lieber das andere Objekt der Vermieter auf dem gleichen Grundstück buchen (altes Schmiedehaus). Die vorbeilaufende Straße ist im Juli/August viel befahren. Zum schlafen Nachts ist es sehr ruhig.

Kleines, nettes Häuschen für Zwei
In dem kleinen Ferienhaus ist für für zwei Personen alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Es gibt ein großes, bequemes Bett, eine vollständige Küche, ein ordentliches Bad. Der Garten ist sehr schön angelegt und es gibt gemütliche Liegestühle. Supermarkt, Wochenmarkt, Restaurant usw. kann man gut zu Fuß erreichen. Einziges Manko: es liegt direkt an der Hauptstraße. Tagsüber ist relativ viel Verkehr, aber nachts ist es ruhig.

un gîte dans un jardin fabuleux
Nous avons passé dix jours chez Marie José et Christian qui nous ont accueillés très chaleureusement et qui étaient toujours disponible pour une petite conversation en francais plein d'humour. L'appartement était exactement comme décrit sur Internet, très spacieux avec un lit luxueux (très grand) et une cuisine avec tous ce qu'il faut pour préparer à manger. Derrière le gîte, il y a une petite terrasse magnifique entourée des arbres et de verdure. Même si les propriétaires habitent à côté, on a son petit coin à soi (Les plantes et les paravents sont plantés et posés avec rafinesse). La présence des vélos était super pour faire des petits tours pour découvrir les alentours ou pour aller à la mer à Contis plage. La route à côté ne dérange pas car on passé la plupart de la journée en découvrant la région et le soir c'est très calme et agréable. Tout est proche, boulangerie, boucherie, supermarché, le marché les samedis. Bref, on a bien aimé passer du temps dans votre petit paradis, Marie José et Christian. Merci aussi pour avoir parlé en francais avec nous en nous donnant la chance d'améliorer nos connaissances de langue. Gardez votre humour, c'est vraiment refraîchissant :-). Un vrai petit nid douillet
Que dire qui n ait déjà été dit? Si vous cherchez un petit chez vous, à la campagne,avec l océan vraiment tout près..foncez! Et si vous avez en plus un bébé ou un enfant en bas âge, ce gîte est vraiment fait pour vous! St Julien est parfaitement situé. Le gîte est parfaitement équipé, et décoré avec soin. En plus de l équipement de la maison qui est très complet, tout est fourni pour un bébé, vous pouvez voyager léger. Aucune mauvaise surprise. Les propriétaires sont vraiment charmants, jamais intrusifs. Le jardin avec les terrasses est top. A l intérieur, le grand lit est vraiment appréciable. Il est vraiment très agréable de loger dans un gîte comme celui-ci, on s y sent vraiment bien, c'est un vrai petit chez soi..et quand on le quitte on se demande quand on pourra y revenir! Merci aux propriétaires, qui d'un ouvrent grand leur porte aux bébés et jeunes enfants -ce qui n est pas si fréquent-; et de deux ont pris la peine de faire un gîte qui n est pas simplement un endroit où l'on dort et dans lequel tout est a minima..

Buena sensación
Hemos estado de jueves a lunes de Pascua. Superagusto. Una pequeña vivienda en la misma propiedad que la de los dueños, Son muy agradables y atentos pero también respetuosos con la intimidad. Hay diferentes plantas y setos que también hacen que sea así. El idioma no es problema ya que se desenvuelven suficientemente en español. La vivienda tiene una cama de matrimonio muy grande y cómoda. La cocina perfecta y muy limpia con todo lo necesario para cocinar, Da la sensación de que es todo muy nuevo. Tiene un pequeño jardin muy coqueto. El pueblo de Saint-Julien-en-Born está comunicado con pistas ciclables (por cierto pusieron a nuestra disposición un par de bicis). La playa está a 6 km. Hay a 100 metros un carrefour mediano y una farmacia. En definitiva, una buena opción para una pareja con o sin niño.
