And with 7 premier beaches, hiking trails, championship golf courses, boat-kayak-jet-ski rentals and Warren Dunes State Park close by, you and your guests will have the time of your lives!

THE SPACE
Upon stepping into this gorgeous vacation home, you’ll be swept up by the combination of elegance and comfort, great natural lighting and cool, custom colors. The living room-kitchen’s open design creates an inviting atmosphere and has a sleek metro look with plenty of chilling-in-front-of-the-flat-screen TV seating options.

There are also eating-seating options at the large center island in the Chef’s Kitchen, which our guests say is a popular gathering spot for morning coffee. And speaking of the kitchen, it comes with high-end appliances, stone countertops and all the essentials you need for cooking up tasty vacay meals. Upstairs, there’s a fab family room with another flat-screen TV and a huge, plush wraparound couch, making it a perfect place for reading, reflecting or some simple R-and-R.

All of the bedrooms feature top-quality bedding and linens, ensuring a sound sleep and sweet dreams for you and all your guests. Harbor Shores Hideaway can sleep up to 8.

Each of the 2 and a half-bathrooms are stylishly appointed and come with deluxe stone-top vanities and fixtures. The Primary bathroom has a tiled walk-in shower with a Rain Shower-head, while the other full bathroom features a combo shower-soaker tub.

The back deck is graced by a posh outdoor dinette set that seats 6, and there’s an amazing gas grill for making mouth-watering barbecue! Want to get some extra-stylin’ relaxing time in? Mosey on out to the covered front porch with a glass of your favorite beverage, sit yourself down in one of the rattan rocking chairs, and enjoy staring out at the marina, which is literally right in front of you!

Besides being just a block away from a wonderful marina, located at the intersection of the Paw Paw River, the St. Joseph River and Lake Michigan, you and your guests will be in super-close proximity to not one, but seven excellent Lake Michigan beaches! And since you’re near the region’s largest recreational harbor, you’ll be able to check out water-related activities to your heart’s content, including boat, jet-ski, canoe, kayak and paddle-board rentals, fishing expeditions, and day or night Lake Michigan cruises. Plus, since you’ve got Warren Dunes State Park just a stone’s throw away, you can explore all sorts of majestic sand dunes, woodlands and hiking and biking trails galore. Both St. Joseph and Benton Harbor have many popular restaurants, cafes, art galleries, boutiques and antique shops to indulge in. And the local area also features a Jack Nicklaus-designed golf course, as well as award-winning wineries and brew-pubs.

While we understand that events can affect your trip, it is our policy to stick to the agreed upon cancellation policy in the listing. We recommend purchasing a vacation travel insurance policy if you suspect that you will need to cancel your vacation.

Contactless Check-In: Detailed check-in instructions will be sent via text or email two days before your stay, provided all guest agreements are completed.

A non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver is included with your reservation. This waiver covers accidental damage or loss to the rental property caused by you or members of your party up to a maximum of $2,000. This plan does not cover intentional acts, gross negligence, or willful misconduct.

With the rise in popularity of our beautiful town comes the bustling noise of development. Please understand that construction noise from a neighboring property may be heard during a stay at our home, primarily during weekday daylight hours. The construction is expected to last until March 2025.

Out of respect for our staff and their families, we do not permit check-ins or outs on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. Thank you for your understanding.
