"Even though it’s on the main drag, it’s very quiet and cozy. It’s within walking distance of at least 20 small restaurants. Wonderful hosts! Delicious breakfast! It’s hard to realize that about 80 years ago, tanks landing at Normandy rolled along these same streets. "

"Room was pretty basic but quiet and comfy beds. Could do with a refresh though, especially the bathroom, small rust spots on sink and shower drain. Shower leaked but was actually ok once you were in. Staff were excellent though and the food was fantastic, we ate in the restaurant every night. Reasonably priced as well compared to other olaces close by"

"Staff were personable once we became acquainted and our experience in Bohemia restaurant was outstanding. Towels were changed on a daily basis which in an eco friendly world may be seen to be excessive? Overall, it was a pleasant week’s stay."

"This was a beautiful old hotel, the staff tried very hard to accommodate and overcome any language barriers. The bar was small and cute and the heated pool and spa looked beautiful. Our room had no lifts only a narrow set of old stairs, that was a struggle with our luggage. The room itself was very noisy at night we both woke up on several occasions due to the sounds of the old building. "Room bathroom looked "tired" and could do with a refit. Room was nice. Bar and restaurant were very nice. Staff were very good, very polite and friendly. Would stay here again if back in Jersey. Although not the best location as a taxi ride away from St Helier. Each way was around £12 but hotel was cheaper than ones around St Helier. "

"Absolutely spacious, comfortable, and convenient lodging with 3 separate bedrooms with on-suite full baths in the heart of beautiful and quaint Bayeux. What more could you ask for? "The hotel was centrally located to the train station and the pick up for most tours. There were plenty of restaurants nearby as well. The staff was friendly and helpful. I didn't have time for the spa but wish I did. It lookedd amazing. I highly recommend."

"The hotel was in a lovely location around 20 minutes from St Helier by bus. The bus stop is just outside, and the bus service is very frequent and reliable. All the staff were wonderful, and I would definitely stay at the hotel again if I revisit Jersey. "

"Hotel rooms were comfortable, the window shutters are great. The restaurant serves a regional menu, including regional beers. The breakfast was the standard bread, pastries, cereal, fruits and cheese. The location was easy to find, and a great spot to stay if planning on visiting the town. The town is close enough to walk if you want alternative options for food."

Good hotel, good walking.

"Great setting of the hotel, upon arrival we were given an upgrade of our room. Nice and very large on the ground floor. A somewhat dated room but nevertheless clean and lovely. Parking was easy and on the large grounds. A quiet area. For dinner we decided to walk into town a walk of about 25 minutes. To begin with it was downhill and then levelled out and then up the hill towards the church. We are older citizens and the walk was no major challenge more a lovely walk. The town has many choices for dinner and is a nice place to walk around. Overall the hotel was a very good choice. Breakfast was a nice affair."

Lovely property close to the sea in Normandy

"Excellent place for a week with the family. Facilities good. We all loved the jacuzzi. Off road parking and really convenient location for visits to the Normandy beaches, Mont St Michel, Granville etc Lovely beach and dune walks locally and reasonably close to good supermarkets. Next time we'll remember that shops have different closure times to ours. Only downside was steepness of stairs but our senior was glad of the downstairs bedoom"

"The check in/ check out procedure was made super simple but a very easy to communicate with host. Bar, restaurant, shop and fuel station are all a short walk away. Highly recommended place to stay!!"
