"The house was a lovely house, clean and well-appointed for our family of four. Communication was excellent. We had a great vacation. We did end up getting a rental car--walking up and down the hill, especially in the dark with not much of a shoulder wasn't really convenient for us and a little longer than 7 minutes. The local restaurant, Annas, and the bar further down the road (do not recall the name) were really nice local places to dine and watch the sunset. Thank you for hosting!"

"Loved the Villa. Our only problem was driveway was made for golf cart, but we worked around that. Lovely breezes at night, did not need ac. Jilly Richards was a wonderful host and kept up with us and our needs. Jeanette came and plugged in our WiFi, which we had neglected to notice the plug. "We stayed here for a month. This is a great villa with a private pool, a nicely equipped house, and a great view from the upper porch for morning coffee. The house is located in the middle of the island and close to 5-7 outstanding beaches. The owners are delightful people and very responsive. They know how to operate a rental and please their guests. "We really enjoyed staying at Calypso. It was a lovely cottage with a wonderful view. We enjoyed the location and the verandah very much. Only thing to note is that it doesn’t include any shampoo and such for showers. It’s not listed in the description at all so nothing wrong with the posting. I was just so used to having those that I missed that it wasn’t included in this one"

"The property was very clean, but rather 'tired' in places. The apartment is located at the end of a block. It was reasonably quiet. We had a major issue in that the bottom bed sheet was badly ripped in one place. We reported this to the host, but we didn't receive a replacement. The toilet was unstable, so we had to be careful when using it. The floor of the shower was slippery. As there wasn't a shower mat, we had to use a bath towel on the shower floor to avoid slipping. The hosts also had a guide to Antigua with distances from the rental, recommendations on what to do and helpful tips on how to get around. It was perfect for my small family. "Grounds and pool are week kept. Quiet. All staff are friendly and courteous which spills over to the guests .Can walk down to the beach which is about 10 minutes but uphill to come back. "When we first got there, our room key didn’t work. It took 30 min for someone to work the computer system at the door in order to fix it. We were hungry and thirsty standing at our hotel room with our luggage in hand. That’s unacceptable!"

"The property was absolutely gorgeous, and the beaches and water are among the most beautiful I have seen. The staff went above and beyond during our entire stay. I highly recommend Coco's and plan on returning. One side note, take the steep incline throughout the resort seriously, it was no joke."

"We spent 5 nights. Our room was great, the view of the bay was amazing. We also enjoyed the outdoor splash pool and oversized soaking tub. The resort is quiet so there is essentially no nightlife if that’s your thing. The food portions are typical fine dining sized portions so you’ll be disappointed if you’re expecting oversized American portions with leftovers. The wait staff was attentive and friendly. We booked massages and a boat tour to Green Island through the resort and both the massage and boat trip were phenomenal. If you’re looking for a quiet place to relax and unwind on vacation in a beautiful setting, this is your place. We did not go to the beach but the resort offers a shuttle as the beach in front of a neighboring property (The Residences). We rented a car and you would need a rental or to call a cab if you want to venture to other beaches as we did. Overall The Escape at Nonsuch Bay delivered the quiet, relaxing vacation we were looking for. "

"Phenomenal people who make this resort special. Plenty of quiet, secluded, romantic places to unwind. Quaint and intimate surroundings which never feel crowded with other guests. Food is delicious and the menu is always changing. Especially appreciate the coffee and smoothie bar. We look forward to returning as soon as we can!"

"We had a beautiful room with a deck and a sitting area and a great view of the beach.The only negative thing about Antigua is that its hard to leave the resort to explore because the roads are pot holed and taxis expensive."
