Positives: The hotel is clean and quiet. The housekeeping staff did a wonderful job. When I had trouble with my internet they were quick to send someone to assist. Check-in and check-out were efficient. Negatives: No restaurant. Even though there were lots of dining options nearby there was nothing in the hotel which was inconvenient. The included breakfast was mediocre at best . Even though breakfast ended at 10 am, most of the choices were unavailable after 9am.

Nice hotel with a pool. The kids and I had a great stay. Loreal was amazing getting us checked in. Breakfast was great with lots of vegan options. We would stay here again.

Very clean room. The staff were nice and very helpful. Location was great, close to lots of shopping. The breakfast wasn't really fresh and ran out of items. The coffee was ok. Overall, would stay here again.

We only stay at this hotel while visiting Saint John! We have tried others but were not as clean or updated. Im more about cleanliness and this hotel is great everytime. Staff are always great, too! We reported an electrical smell in one room and right away we were upgraded to another room! The breakfast is also great 😊

Construction at hotel. Expedia app listed this only by clicking a link, not on the reservation page. There was staging set up outside our third floor window. A 8 am construction started directly outside our window. If curtains were open the workers could have seen fully into the room. On the elevator to breakfast noticed a small notice posted about the construction and the offer to ask for another room if available. Nothing was verbally mentioned to me at check in. Was charged full price for the room. Complained to manager the next morning and the best I got was an apology.
