"I had never stayed in an Ibis before and I was pleasantly surprised. First of all, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The lobby was clean and full of character. The restaurant had a nice selection and the food was delicious. Our room was very comfortable. The paint in the room could use a bit of a refresh but that is my only, very slight, criticism. "

"Unfortunately this is the worst Kyriad we have stayed in. It is very tired and needs a lot of work doing to the bedrooms and bathrooms. Air con wouldn’t work, and it was very warm in the room but unfortunately noisy with the window open, which we had to endure, no kettle, not enough towels. The rooms are very noisy, with I’m guessing, limited soundproofing. The hairdryer however was one of the best I have used in a hotel. The reception and breakfast areas are pleasant. Very limited menu in the restaurant. The staff were friendly."
