Only 100 meters away from the beach and the famous Louis XIV square and its sunny terrasses, right in the center of the old town ! Many shops and restaurants around.
Completely renovated 82 m2 appartment, 3rd floor, in a charming typical, basque style house.
Fantastc views on the city´s roofs and the Rhune mountain whilst the sea visible from the balcony.
Large volumes. Very modern decoration including furniture and lighting from the best italian brands. Hardwood flooring. Picasso, Modigliani and Matisse copy paintings on the white walls. Impressive daylight.
Fully equipped kitchen: Dish and clothes washers, micro waves oven, expresso machin...etc.

Nice apartment in center of St Jean de Luz
Bertrand is a wonderful host, readily answers all questions and is quite helpful. The apartment is a modern apartment in an old building. It is well appointed. It is however, it is on the third floor with 5 or six flights of stairs. If that is not a problem, I would strongly recommend this property.

Super séjour a St. Jean de Luz
Nous avons passé une semaine dans l'appartement de Bertrand en famille. L'appartement est top: dans le centre ville, tres proche de la plage, avec une très belle vue sur les toits et sur les montagnes au loin. C'était très propre, spacieux (plus grand que sur les photos), lumineux et décoré avec beaucoup de goût. Bertrand nous a donné de tres bon conseils. Nous espérons pouvoir revenir!

Nous avons été chaleureusement accueillis par le propriétaire à notre arrivée à Saint Jean. Cet appartement est idéalement situé, en plein coeur du centre ville et à quelques mètres de la plage. Il dispose d'une vue magnifique sur les montagnes d'un côté et sur la mer depuis le balcon de l'autre côté. La chambre d'enfants était remplie de jouets ce qui a fait le bonheur de nos enfants. Bref nous avons passé un séjour idyllique dans cet appartement et y retournerons avec grand plaisir.

Lovely and comfortable apartment in the old town of Saint Jean de Luz
The apartment is located in the old town and is really very close to the beach, you can see the sea from the balcony. The apartment is very well furnished and very comfortable, it has everything needed. We spent two weeks there and enjoyed the time a lot.
