Located in SAINT JEAN DE LUZ, in a green setting, with a beautiful mountain view, we offer for your holidays a lovely new house of 90 m² with beautiful terrace (SOUTH-SOUTH WEST exposure) and small garden. It consists of a cathedral living room open to kitchen, 1 beautiful bedroom with shower room (sleeping 140), 1 beautiful bedroom (sleeping 140), 1 shower room with WC, 1 separate WC, 1 mezzanine (2 sleeping places) 90). It offers all modern comfort (air conditioning, LL, LV, TV, internet, BBQ ...)
Ideally located for exploring the BASQUE COUNTRY, the house is 5 minutes by car from the city center and the beach of SAINT JEAN DE LUZ. Possibility to take the municipal shuttle (in July and August) or the cycle track at 400 m.
The Chantaco golf course, the Luziens tennis courts, the municipal SPORT LOISIRS swimming pool and the LACOSTE equestrian center are in the immediate vicinity.

The house is well equipped and exactly as advertised. Lovely views from the terrace. Danielle our host was lovely. Well located for St Jean de Luz. Only minor negative was the Wi-Fi (only 5 Mbps) Not so great for streaming.

Cette location est parfaite sur tous les plans. La maison est très bien agencée et parfaitement bien située pour découvrir cette partie du pays basque. L'équipement est moderne et il ne manque rien. La propreté est irréprochable. On se sent très rapidement comme chez soi. L'accueil de Madame Biscouby est chaleureux ; discrète, elle reste cependant disponible au moindre souci. Nous recommandons vraiment cette location.

Accueil très aimable par une propriétaire souriante qui a eu la délicatesse de nous offrir dosettes de café et sablés basques pour notre arrivée. Déjà avant notre arrivée, la communication a été très agréable. j'ai toujours reçu des réponses rapides à mes questions. maison très propre, bien chauffée à l'arrivée, linge en abondance. Excellente répartition des pièces, beaux espaces. Très bel environnement avec terrasse donnant sur la Rhune. Très bien située, à 8 mn de voiture de la baie de St Jean et tout près d'Ascain et autres villages basques. Très bonne literie, Equipement excellent pour cuisine, salles-de bains, sanitaires. Tout fut PARFAIT pour un excellent séjour que nous comptons bien renouveler.
