"Wow!! The pictures do not do this house justice…it is a truly beautiful house.. We were a group of friends and family..6 adults and 6 children/teens.. We all fell in love with the house. The house is situated on the river, 5 mins walk to town. We were lucky to arrive during a festival and celebrated one of our groups birthday whilst we were there..the town were having a party and we danced till late..a weekend we will never forget..the only downside was we only stayed 2 nights..we all left...

"We stayed at Valerie’s beautiful Gite for a week in August, 7 of us in total, 4 adults, 2 young children and one toddler. The Gite is beautiful with a modern interior and a fresh airy feel - lovely garden and the perfect sized swimming pool for the children to stay safe. Lestiou is a quiet rural village with a nice snack bar just down the road and a car is essential for a stay here. Although the Nuclear power station is visible this didn’t impact our enjoyment. When we did the nearby lake with canoeing, beach and play park was great. Very eclectic location - not luxurious but really well equipped for a self catering family. "
