Close to sporting and tourist attractions in Sarthe, located near La Flèche on the main Le Mans-Angers road, our cottage can accommodate family reunions or get-togethers with friends for up to 15 people, for a weekend or longer vacation.
Located in a 20,000 m² enclosed woodland, this contemporary house comprises a 100 m² ground floor with a fully equipped kitchen opening onto a 45 m² living room with a fireplace, 3 bedrooms each with a double bed, a dressing room and a sink, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a separate toilet. The 80 m² upper floor includes 2 bedrooms each with a double bed, a dressing room, a dormitory with 5 single beds, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower and toilet. In the basement, there is a toilet and a 70m² games room equipped with an adult billiards table, a children's billiards table, an adult foosball table, a children's foosball table, and a ping-pong table. (Please bring your own rackets.) Outside: tennis court.

The rental price includes electricity, water, gas heating, wood, and internet for stays of less than 4 nights. For stays of 4 nights or more, gas heating is an additional charge and must be paid directly to the owner on site.
Bed linen rental: €10 per bed. Laundry service is available at an additional cost for businesses.
A mandatory cleaning fee of €120 is included. Bed linen rental is €10 per single or double bed.
Bathroom linen rental is €60. For short-stay rentals of 2, 3, or 4 nights: check-in is 4:00 PM and check-out is 4:00 PM.

Optional services to be paid on site and reserved prior to your arrival:
- Towels: €64.66 per stay
