A few negatives first - light over sink not working; reported on 2nd day but never fixed - dog hair on floor & dog treats in couch - lots of crumbs in toaster but used our own - insufficient storage space for provisions in kitchen which was cramped & hard to work in - no hangers in main bedroom...

"Where do I even begin…This was one of the worst apartment I’ve ever booked. As soon as you walk in, the smell of urine and the sight of the dirty walls, floors, and couch catches your eyes and your smell immediately. The couch had tons of dark stains, who knows what that could’ve been. When we walked in to the bedroom, there was no sheets and you had to put them on yourself. The bathroom smelled disgusting. "The apartment was lovely. The staff was pleasant. Good location. The only fault would be that you have to clean this place at the end of the stay. And I mean clean. Take all the sheets and towels to the front desk. Take the trash out. Clean the apartment. I don’t like to clean while on vacation. Overall, I would say 4 stars. I would recommend to people with kids or pets. "
