Private: natural state property 5'000 m2 (fenced) with wildlife garden and trees, lawn for sunbathing, swimming pool fenced (8 x 5 m, depth 160 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 30.Sep.). Pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: storage room for bicycles. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 5.5 km, supermarket 5.5 km, bathing lake "Lac de Neufont" 23 km. Nearby attractions: Périgueux 35 km.
"La Borie", 4-room house 150 m2 on 2 levels. Rustic and wooden furniture furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace, dining table and satellite TV (flat screen). Exit to the garden. Kitchen (1 hot plate, oven, dishwasher, 3 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine) with dining table. Shower/WC. Upper floor: 2 rooms, each room with 1 french bed (140 cm, length 190 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (120 cm, length 190 cm). Bathroom, sep. WC, double hand-basin. Electric heating. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (6). Facilities: washing machine, iron, children's high chair, baby cot, logs (free). Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm.

Maison au calme avec piscine
Location conforme à la description . Propriétaire accueillant . Literie confortable. Le plus: la wifi depuis peu , et un grand frigo avec congélateur tout neuf , c'est très pratique , car maison un peu isolée. Voiture indispensable . Piscine bien entretenue . Merci M. G.. A refaire .
