CHALET 12 persons - 144m²

Nestled in a quiet development of the Saint Jean d'Aulps resort, this recent chalet (built in 2016) offers space, great comfort, warmth and privacy thanks to its wood-burning stove and modern facilities. Tastefully and simply decorated to feel "like home". Located just 200 metres from ski lifts and shops.

The chalet is composed as follows:

In the garden level:
- 1 Ski room with boot dryer and ski rack and a 2-person sauna
- 1 Separate WC with washbasin
- 1 Large living area composed as follows:
An open-plan fully equipped kitchen open to the dining room and living room. The kitchen includes: dishwasher, induction hob, oven, fridge, filter coffee maker and Nespresso.
A living room with wood-burning stove, TV, DVD player and table football
A dining room with a large table and chairs that can accommodate up to 12 people

On the ground floor:
- 1 Bedroom with 2 bunk single beds (90x190)
- 1 Bedroom with 2 twin single beds (90x190) and 1 double duvet
- 1 Bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190) and 2 single duvets
- 1 Bathroom with bathtub/shower curtain/shower and washbasin, towel dryer

Lovely chalet
Lovely chalet with great views. Internally the chalet was great for a group of seven, and could have easily coped with a few more. Dining area was great, bedrooms comfortable and bathrooms really well done out. Could do with more lighting in the kitchen area. Also, while not a criticism of the chalet, the road up to it is not ploughed or gritted, and even after several weeks with no significant snowfall, we left the car in the main village car park and walked up as a front wheel drive car could not make it up without chains.

Confort du chalet : idéal pour 12 personnes car spacieux et très confortable avec la grande cuisine, grandes chambres, nombreuses salles de bain, le sauna et le jeu de boule (bonne surprise car non précisé) Le salon/canapé est un peu petit pour 12…la table d’extérieure aussi. Le descriptif concernant les lits (taille pour les draps) est à revoir : il n’y a que des lits et couettes de 90, que l’on peut rassembler. Les lits sont très confortables, mais un bémol sur les lits superposés : matelas de moins bonne qualité.

Très beau chalet bien placé
L emplacement (station saint jean d'aulps) ainsi que la vue sur montagne verdoyante. Quel apaisement ! Chalet lumineux comparé à d autres... La literie! Les matelas sont peu confortables sans doute a cause de leur utilisation fréquente... et certains lits font du bruit lorsqu'on bouge : pas du tout agréable quand on a le sommeil léger ... Dommage qu'il n y ait pas de clôture dans le jardin. Simple sécurité pour les enfants en bas âge...

Super séjour
Sejour de 12 personnes tres agréable dans ce chalet dont les pièces sont très bien distribuées. Le local à ski est assez encombré donc peut utilisable. Un peu de bois faire une flambée serait appréciable.

Le chalet correspond tout à fait à la description et aux photos. Très bon suivi (paiement, réponses aux mails...). Nous avons reçu un très bon accueil lors de la réception des clés. Nous reviendrons, c’est sur!
