Downstairs is a studio mother in law suite, with kitchenette and a full size bed. Relax and sip your coffee on the screened-in porch overlooking the canal. Bring your boat! This property offers a boat ramp and plenty of space to tie up a boat. (Boat lift is not available right now)! Minutes out to open water!
