"There is no lift, the hotel checkin is one flight up a winding staircase. Our room was up another level with another winding staircase. The room was comfortable the decor is old world. The bathroom shower was in a tub that was not easy to climb into could be considered hazardous. It was nice to stay on the island and enjoy the peacefulness at night."

The hotel is in front of a shopping centre, which is very convenient for buying breakfast on the go (as we did). "Recently remodeled Spa oriented hotel with a gorgeous ocean view with Saint Malo in the distance. The rooms are very well decorated, a bit on the smaller side but it is Europe after all. The spa has also been remodeled and it is beautiful. The breakfast was very good. It is a very nice option if you are planning to visit Mont Saint Michel and Saint Malo while mixing in some amazing spa time."

"What a lovely little property - it had all we needed for our stay in St Malo. Ideally situated for 20 minute walk to the old town, the kitchen was very well equipped, the sofa bed was comfortable to sit on downstairs. The bedroom and bathroom upstairs were perfectly adequate and the bed was comfortable. It was a nice surprise to be provided with bedding, towels and soap. The only downside for us - as we are both over 60 was the steep staircase (which was clearly pictured) - but we did get used...
