Exceptionnel Loft à Altitude 1500

Exceptional loft located in the Altitude 1500 residence. Just a few meters from the ski slopes and hiking trails, this superb accommodation is ideal for hosting large groups for seminars or major events and families up to 14 people. Our largest accommodation on the Le Lioran resort, which will allow everyone to find their place thanks to all its vast and comfortable spaces.

On the first level, you will find a large bright living room with TV and huge windows that will allow you to admire a breathtaking view of our mountains. This living room is also open to its large equipped bar kitchen (oven, microwave, toaster, raclette/plancha appliance, traditional filter coffee maker, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, kettle, fridge/freezer, dishwasher...) and its dining area with its large and beautiful tables. A pantry will allow you to store your belongings and you will find cleaning and utility equipment there.

3 bedrooms (160x200 beds) with their own shower room and toilet are also located on this level.

Using the stairs, you will have access to the lower area where there is a huge relaxation area with comfortable sofas and an indoor garden where you can enjoy the view. A second bar area can provide you with additional moments of sharing. Finally, there will be a last dormitory room with 3 double beds of 160x200, two of which are bunk beds with a single bed of 90x190 above. A laundry and bathroom area will be right next to it with its washing machine and large capacity tumble dryer, a hygiene area with its two sinks and finally its two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and the other with a shower, each with its own toilet and sink.

Wifi is available and free of charge.

Bed linen and towels are not provided but can be booked through the agency. The size of the duvets (which are provided) is 140x160 for the 2 small duvets and 240x260 for the 6 large duvets.
