La Petite Californie is a charming, single-storey, air-conditioned cottage located in Saint-Illiers-la-Ville. Bright and tastefully furnished, the house consists of a fully equipped kitchen, a sleeping area with queen-size bed (160 x 200), a bathroom with Italian shower and separate toilet, a large terrace of 25 m², not overlooked, furnished with garden furniture, barbecue, plancha and petanque court, ideal for your afternoons with family or friends! Sheets and towels included, two parking spaces, wifi, breakfast possible at extra charge.

The place is nice and cosy with a modern style, very clean, and located in a peaceful area. The nearby restaurant was also very good. It's a pleasure to be in the countryside, enjoying a quiet place with a personal terrace to soak up some sun, experience peace, and listen to the birds singing. We would have love to stay longer and would definitely come back! 🙁 Everything was perfect!"

It was spotless and very well provisioned and everything worked! It had all you could need including a washing machine also having two outside table and chair areas, one at the back and one undercover with a pleasant garden area. Secure parking right at the bungalow that was in a safe and pleasant district. He made sure to be there to open the gate when we handed back the keys to leave. 🙁 Nothing."
