In this residential district, discover this nice hoomy house ideal for four people. Completely renovated (except the shower room), its new decoration calling the charm and relaxation. The fully equipped kitchen is open on the living room, itself open on the outside, it is so appreciable. If the holidays sun dazzles you, unfold the awning and continue your breakfast, lunch or dinner. At any time of the day, also enjoy the garden, deckchairs and bikes (two adult bikes and rear seat for child to put on the bike) !
In addition to a bedroom with double bed on the ground floor, you have a mezzanine with a double bed and a trundle bed. The residence also offers you access to the swimming pool to perfect your holidays.

With its ten kilometers of fine sand beaches, border with dunes, Saint-Hilaire-de-Riez offers the longest Atlantic facade of the Department of Vendée. Authentic seaside town, this flowery city (certified "Flower towns and villages" 3 Flowers) will know how to seduce you by its natural and protected living environment. The city have numerous sports equipment and leisure activities, in particular a brand new aquatic multiplex and three nautical stations. Although very dynamic and lively all the year, Saint-Hilaire-de-Riez knew how to respond to abuses of tourist urbanization. With its 1500 hectares of plots of fresh water, its 300 hectares of ancestral salty swamps, and its 600 hectares of forest of maritime pines, it’s the perfect place for bike rides or on foot. The coast of Light, as we call it, is crossed by bicycle paths and by hiking trails. You will also take advantage of a breathtaking panorama along Vendean ledge : three kilometers of rocky coast face Ile d'Yeu, island most distant from the continent. La maison n'était pas prête pour la location. Gros problèmes d'hygiène. Appareils ménagers qui ne fonctionnaient pas (Plaques de cuisson, télécommande TV) (dessus du lave linge rouillé. L'entretien de la maison n'a pas été anticipée par la conciergerie HOOMY.

Nous reviendrons hors saison sans hésiter !
Petite maison parfaite pour un moment paisible en famille. Un vrai plus pour la chambre d’enfant, Les jouets à dispositions, et les vélos. Le jardin est bien conçu et sans trop de vis à vis. La maison est propre, bien équipée et Audrey est très accueillante. La résidence est calme et la piscine agréable. Nous reviendrons hors saison sans hésiter !
