Welcome to our pretty 160 m² wooden family home, with its modern, well-appointed decor and quality furnishings.
This house will be the perfect pied-à-terre for your family vacation with children, and you'll enjoy spending time both indoors and outdoors, thanks to the terrace and garden surrounding the house, with deckchairs, swings, petanque pitch, table, plancha/braserro and various equipment/play equipment for children: tree house, trampoline, swing, slide, sandpit.
There's also a super Jacuzzi for relaxing and a small 5mx3m unheated above-ground pool.
Location: House located in a quiet residential area, 10 minutes by car from the beach and 7 minutes from the center of St-Hilaire de Riez.

Our house comprises on the first floor :

A living room open to the outside thanks to large bay windows with kitchen and living/dining room.
🔹 A fully equipped kitchen (fridge, freezer, induction hob, oven, microwave, kettle, juicer, coffee maker, wine glasses) with a central island that can be used as a dining area.
🔹 A designer living room with sofa and poufs, games, TV books, speaker, PlayStation 4.
🔹 A master suite with Queen size bed 160x200, bedside table, dressing room and en-suite bathroom with shower and large bathtub, double sinks, WC.
🔹 An office with printer and miscellaneous storage.
🔹 A laundry room with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board, clothesline.

Upstairs:

🔹 A mezzanine with sofa, poufs, books/games.
🔹 A bedroom with 1 double bed (140x200) and desk
🔹 A second bedroom with double bed (140x200) bedside table and chest of drawers
🔹 A third bedroom with Queen-size bed (160x200) and dressing room
🔹 A bathroom with shower, basin, WC, heated towel rail.

Outside:
- 1500m² of grounds with a variety of equipment for young and old: deckchairs, swings, petanque area, table, plancha/brasero, tree house, trampoline, swing, slide, sandpit, etc.
- Jacuzzi
- A small 5mx3m unheated above-ground swimming pool. Opening dates may be subject to change due to independent factors.

We provide the following equipment: Mountain bikes, bicycles, 2 coolers, 4 wetsuits, body board, surf board.
Parking is available in front of the garden.

PLEASE NOTE: We would like to point out that parties are strictly forbidden in order to respect the site and neighboring homes.
PLEASE NOTE: If you fail to comply with the rules governing the use of the jacuzzi, you will be charged a minimum fee of €450 (incl. VAT).

Bed linen and bath towels are not included in the booking price.
However, we do offer hotel-quality linen for hire.

Arrivals are from 4:00 pm and departures before 11:00 am.
On arrival, you will be greeted by a member of the Guest ADOM team, who will ensure that your stay runs smoothly and hand you the keys to your accommodation.

🛏 For your convenience, a cleaning fee is available. These include cleaning of the accommodation on your departure.
