Detached single storey house comprising a living room with sofa, 2 armchairs and 3 poufs, television, DVD player, stereo, bar area, independent kitchen with fridge freezer, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and toaster, one bedroom with a double bed of 140 cm and cupboard, and another with double bed 140 cm, 2 bunk beds of 90 cm and cupboard, bathroom with bath and cupboard, separate toilet, garden with terrace facing south, garden furniture for 6 people with parasol, 2 sun loungers, barbecue and possibility of parking 2 vehicles in the garage driveway.

House ideally located 1500 m from the ocean, 800 m from the city center and 400 m from a hypermarket. Close to all amenities, it has been completely renovated and will allow you to make the most of all the activities available in the surrounding area (beach, bowling, tree climbing, bicycle rail, Ile d'Yeu, Noirmoutier island, forest, markets, traders, laundries, etc.).

Perfect little house
This is a great house to base yourself and to explore the local area. It has everything you need. And ideally you can park your car inside the gates for safety, I found this very important as I was travelling by car from Ireland and I wanted the car safe. The rental management company was helpful and arrived early for my departure which allowed me to hit the road early. Thank you for a lovely stay. Jennifer

Maison très agréable et conforme à la description de l'annonce. Quartier très calme , proche de la corniche vendéenne et des principales visites à faire dans le secteur de St Hilaire de Riez et de St Gilles Croix de Vie. Maison bien équipée et avec une bonne literie. Parking en face de la maison ce qui est très pratique. Très bonne communication avec notre hôte Flavie qui s'est préoccupée de savoir si nous étions bien arrivés et si notre séjour s'était bien passé.

Petite maison propre et bien entretenue ainsi que le jardin. Endroit très calme pendant les vacances d'octobre. Nous avons passé un agréables moment à Saint-hilaire-de-riez, prêts d'une belle côte rocheuse avec ses petites plages.

Maison qui correspond parfaitement à l'annonce. Très propre, jardin clos (rassurant pour les enfants et notre chienne), literie super, spacieux et lumineux. Super communication avec Flavie, ainsi qu'avec la conciergerie, malgré un petit couac lors du départ :)

Week-end à Saint-Hilaire de Rietz
Location très propre et bien agencée. Nous retournerons dans cette location très agréable, au jardin clôturé qui est très sécurisant pour notre petit chien. Le seul "reproche" est qu'il aurait fallu des couverts supplémentaires dont des couteaux à steacks, insuffisants ce qui nous a fait utiliser plus que de raison le lave vaisselle, ainsi qu'une machine à café filtre, la Sanséo ne convenant pas au petit-déjeuner à bols dont nous avons l'habitude. La propriétaire que nous avons eue plusieurs fois par mail est adorable, conciliante. Nous recommandons cette location.

Cette maison est un véritable bijou, la décoration est raffinée, les équipements très bien, la maison est très propre, le jardin très bien entretenu et clôturé. C'est très calme et la mer avec ses belles plages à quelques minutes c'est idéal. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour, nous y reviendrons l'an prochain c'est certain. Merci à la propriètaire qui suit par mail ses locataires pour savoir si l'arrivée et le départ se sont bien passés. Je conseille vivement

Location très agréable. Un lave linge serait un plus. Contact et échanges faciles avec la propriétaire. Les relations avec les gestionnaires de la location méritent un peu plus de clarté et d'informations précises (impression que les vacanciers sont gérés à la chaine, ce qui n'est pas forcément agréable)

Maison st hilaire de riez presque parfaite
Tout est très bien , sauf l’absence de machine à laver le linge , et la salle de bains qui mérite d’etre modernisée ( accès douche dans la baignoire pour personnes très jeunes ou seniors , manque mitigeur ) . Si on tout est parfait .
