Pleasant family holiday home, charming and enjoyable, near the center of the Sion-sur-L'océan resort.
On the ground floor: living room with sofa, kitchen area (refrigerator, 1 induction hob, electric oven, microwave, dishwasher), a toilet. Washing machine. Upstairs: 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed (140 cm), wardrobe, bathroom (sink, shower), and toilet.
A closed courtyard at the back of the house with garden furniture and barbecue. One parking space. Closed garage.

End-of-stay cleaning included.
Security deposit to be paid (€300) via the SWIKLY application (credit card pre-authorization).
Pets allowed: €29.
